SYMOS is a proprietary in-house software package developed by Socitec for solving shock and vibration problems. SYMOS can perform simulations of complex, non-linear systems with up to 500 degrees of freedom in order to predict shock and vibration isolator performance. It allows the modeling of the linear and nonlinear behavior of mechanical systems due to shock and vibration.
