The SVX Coil Spring Isolators from the Hy/Tuned™ range are modular isolators designed to address the most demanding vibration and shock challenges. Their low natural frequency makes them an ideal solution for large industrial presses, especially during heavy stamping operations. These isolators can reduce impact forces by up to 99%, ensuring optimal protection for both equipment and surrounding structures.

Compared to elastomer isolators, these spring isolators offer even lower natural frequencies, making them particularly effective in environments exposed to severe vibration and shock. They are commonly used beneath isolated foundations and concrete slabs. Additionally, certain designs are engineered to protect machinery and buildings from earthquake damage, with many successful installations in seismic zones.

These isolators incorporate viscous damping to control motion during transient events such as machine start-up and shutdown.
