Vibro/Dynamics MXL & MXLP Series Micro/Level Isolators are designed for the free-standing support of large stamping presses weighing from 113 to over 2270 metric tons. (250,000 to over 5 million lbs.).

This innovative patented design combines multiple-layer modular elastomer isolation technology capable of dynamic natural frequencies as low as 8 Hz, for highly effective vibration and shock isolation.

These anchorless isolators have a built-in leveling system, adjustable by hand, capable of 0.02″ (.5mm)- 2.0″ (50mm) elevation adjustment.

Swivel feature compensates for up to 2 degrees of support surface slope, eliminating the need for shims and grout plates.

The popular Hydra/Level® hydraulic lift-assist feature means built in openings for hydraulic rigging cylinders for fast, easier leveling, and elevation adjustment of the biggest presses. This also provide insurance in the event of foundation settling and the need to re-level.

MXL and MXLP Series Micro/Level Isolators are elastomer type mounting systems that combine highly effective vibration and shock isolation with built-in leveling for presses weighing up to 5 million lbf. Natural frequencies as low as 8 Hz are possible with MX systems due to their unique multi-layer, modular elastomer design. MXL and MXLP models feature integral precision leveling combined with Hydra/Level® lift-assist capability, making leveling and alignment of even the heaviest presses accurate, fast and safe. The MXLP Models have a unique Leveling Screw and Swiveling Mechanism so the isolator can be located anywhere under the machine foot for greater layout flexibility. The swiveling/tilt capability automatically compensates for up to a 2 degree slope in the foundation surface, assuring proper support of the machine foot and uniform loading of the isolation mount.

MXBP and MXBN Series Isolators offer highly effective vibration and shock isolation and are leveled using steel shims as a lower cost alternative. MXBP and MXBN isolators also utilize our unique multi-layer, modular elastomer to achive low natural frequencies for maximum vibration isolation. Anchor bolts not required to keep machine from walking.
